What is it?

"We must all act in accordance with Ficohsa values (Respect, Commitment, Service, Integrity and Sustainability), which is why if any action is outside the guidelines, it is our responsibility to report it, for this we have our Reporting System which is a secure, easy, confidential and anonymous platform to make our reports of unethical conduct or integrity. The system is operated by EthicsGlobal, an independent third party reporting specialist.

All reports are reviewed by a specialized internal committee. You can provide your name and contact information if you wish, but in other cases it is not necessary to identify yourself and you can do so anonymously.

Ficohsa expects all employees and business partners to comply with and help uphold our values and Code of Ethics by doing the right thing and complying with the company's standards and policies, as well as the laws, rules and regulations of all the countries where we operate.

Our Responsibility

• Assure all our members the freedom to ask questions or make reports.
• Provide tools and channels for receiving questions and reports in an easy, secure, confidential and anonymous manner without any fear of retaliation.
• Investigate, resolve and, if necessary, sanction all reports received.

Your Responsibility

• If you witness or become aware of inappropriate conduct, report it so that you do not become complicit in the action.
• Ask questions based on your own integrity.
• Use the reporting channels provided by the company.
• Provide as much information and evidence as possible on each case for proper investigation.
• Follow up on reports to know the status of the investigation, and if necessary add more information, evidence or recurrence.
